MEMBERSHIP:
Camp Davis Campground is a private clothing optional, membership required, gay-
owned and operated campground.
​

Annual Membership is $15.00 per person is required to be purchased upon arrival.
-
ALL guests need to check in at the office upon arrival.
-
Day or Night Pass:
Monday through Thursday $15.00.
Friday through Sunday and Holidays. $20.00.
-
Day Pass is valid 10a-8p. Night Pass is valid from 6p-2a.
-
All members must be at least 21 years of age with a valid state I.D.
-
Membership will be revoked for misconduct or breaking campground rules.
RESERVATION & DEPOSIT POLICY:

Reservations are recommended, walk-ins are welcome! We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
​

Cabin rentals & and electric sites require a 50% deposit.
-
Any non-reserved site is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cash is preferred, but we will gladly accept all major credit cards.

After hours check in available upon request.
CANCELATION & REFUND POLICY:

Reservations canceled 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
-
No show reservations will be charged for the full amount of the stay.
-
Reservations & deposits can be "bumped" to different available dates, within the current season, at the owners' discretion. ​

There are no refunds on memberships.

CAMPGROUND RULES & CONDUCT REQUIREMENTS:

All guests, visitors and non-members must register or check-in upon arrival, each visit
-
No electric heaters, electric grills or electric hotplates.
-
No electric cords run between sites.
-
Speed limit, for all vehicles, including golf carts, is 10 miles per hour on all roads.

Do not feed wild animals or pets belonging to another person.
-
Be a considerate neighbor. ​

Keep music at a reasonable volume.
-
​Clean up after yourself.
-
Don't pass through other campsites.
-
We appreciate water conservation.
-
No after hour generator usage from 2AM - 10AM.
-
No littering! Please use designated ashtrays and garbage cans through the campground.

Everyone is allowed to use the kitchen in the Rec Hall, but please clean up after yourself.
-
Trash is to be deposited in the dumpers located by the office.

Our “clothing optional” policy requires discretion regarding sexual activity. No sexual activity is permitted in public or common areas. Take it to your site or the woods!

Respect others privacy & confidentiality.
-
Photos allowed ONLY when all parties, in the picture agree.
-
Nudity is not permitted in the office, or at camp sponsored food related events.
-
No glass containers, pets or cameras are permitted in the pool area or Rec Hall.
-
Use or possession of Illegal drugs will not be tolerated anywhere on the campgrounds.
-
Notify the office of any injury or illness that needs medical attention.

No physical altercations. All involved parties will be ejected from the camp.

POOL :

Pool is heated from Memorial Day to Labor Day
-
No Lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk.

Shower before entering the pool.
-
No Pets in the pool or on the pool deck.
-
No food in the pool.
-
No glass or breakable containers in the pool or on the deck.
-
Sex is not permitted in the pool or on the deck.

PETS:

Pets are welcome at rental sites.
-
Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by pet.
-
All pets need to be leashed at all times on and off campsites.
-
Clean up after your pet. They poop, you scoop!
-
All waste is to be bagged and deposited in the dumpster not the fire pits.
-
Your pet should not disrupt others, so no excessive barking.
